Accounts
We store your sign-in email and the plans, goals and check-ins you choose to save. Google sign-in may also provide your name and photo; the planner does not use them. Signing in alone does not upload a plan or subscribe you to marketing.
Download saved plans or delete your account in Account settings. Deletion requires a fresh email code and leaves your Google account unchanged.
Calculator data and usage
The calculator automatically records inputs, results, financial events, optional-tool entries (including habit descriptions), errors and interactions. Avoid personal details in habit descriptions. A random page ID and approximate country help group submissions; account IDs and emails are not attached. Raw records stay private. Community publishes filtered group statistics after review, not individual records. Calculator records currently have no automatic expiry.
Account histories stay separate. We count registrations, saved records and successful saves. Account-linked active days and sections used measure returns, without financial values. These activity records are deleted with your account. Other usage events exclude account identity and financial values.
Storage and service providers
Supabase provides sign-in and storage (account database: Canada); Netlify hosts the site; Resend delivers sign-in emails; OVHcloud stores encrypted backups in Switzerland. Google sign-in does not grant access to Gmail, Drive or contacts.
Providers process connection/security information and may process data outside your country. Authorized operators can access stored records; account storage is not end-to-end encrypted.
Account records stay until deletion. Backups normally expire within 30 days; failures or recovery copies may extend this. A minimal deletion record is kept to prevent restored backups from reopening deleted accounts.
Downloads and browser copies are not erased by account deletion. Sign out on shared devices.
Why we use this information
We use account information to provide the saved-plan service you request, and limited security information to protect the service. Calculator submissions help us produce grouped Community statistics, separately from private account plans.
